A car accident or work injury affects more than your body. Many people have trouble sleeping, feel anxious in the car or are stressed about work and money. ProCare includes mental health consulting in your recovery so this part is not left out.
Pain, time off work, insurance calls and fear of driving can all add up. These reactions are normal, and they can slow down your physical recovery if they are not addressed.
During your visits we ask how you are sleeping and coping. If stress, anxiety or low mood is getting in the way, we discuss options with you and can refer you to a licensed mental health professional.
Tell your chiropractor or our staff how you are feeling. It is part of your care, not a separate issue.
We discuss what you are going through and what kind of support could help.
If needed, we refer you to a licensed mental health professional.
We keep treating your physical injury and check in on how you are coping.
We accept auto insurance, help with Oregon PIP and workers' comp claims, and work with personal injury attorneys, including letter of protection (LOP) cases. Our staff checks your coverage before treatment. See insurance we accept.

We offer consulting and referrals. When ongoing therapy is needed, we refer you to a licensed mental health professional.
Oregon PIP covers reasonable and necessary medical expenses related to the accident. Whether a specific service is covered depends on your claim; our staff can help you check.
If you are thinking about harming yourself or are in crisis, call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911.
Your chiropractor checks what is causing your pain and explains your plan before treatment starts.
